Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more. For orders under $49, standard shipping is a flat $4.95. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within about 2–4 weeks. The estimated delivery window for your order is shown on each product page before you buy. Delivery can occasionally take longer during holidays, busy seasons or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, including a bundle, your items may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window, or tracking hasn't updated for a while, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
