Good to know

It arrived flat. Is that normal? Yes. It ships vacuum-packed. Allow 24–72 hours for it to return to full shape; gently patting and kneading it helps.

It has a slight smell. Is that normal? New foam can have a mild smell at first. Leave it in a dry, well-ventilated room and it will fade.
